It is the 8550 I have been keeping my eye on.Īt this time my main aim is to print greetings cards, which could be done on the 8500 (A4) but like you I see the ability to print up to A3+ as a benefit. That hardly ever happens and hasn't since I purchased it except for reprinting some old images as a test. Just couldn't give up the idea of having the ability to print A3+ when that special image came up. I got the ET-8550 and enjoy it greatly but could have managed with your 8500 A4 model. My one regret is that I never got the wider version.įunnily enough, my one regret is that I didn't have the self-discipline to get the MUCH cheaper, much the same, narrower version. I never had a printer that updates it's software. I keep up with the software updates and I thought that was really cool. I appreciate it, I don't use my printer a lot unless I need to but I loved what it does for photos.
